Production Time:
Production is 1-5 business days.
This is the time it takes for the print provider to create, print, and prepare the item for shipping.
Shipment Time:
Shipment is 2-5 business days.
This is the time it takes for the delivery service to ship the item to the designated location.

Product Locations:
All my products are produced in and shipped from the United States. However, it should be noted that a few of the companies listed below expanded into other countries despite the main location remaining in the Unites States.
Print Providers:
I choose only trusted print providers, keeping similar products within the same companies as best as possible. Also, all clothing should be washed in cold water and hung up/tumbled on low heat to preserve the design.

Reprint:
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged, or in poor quality, please contact me so I may forward the message to Printify Merchant Support. Photos of the errors/damage with time stamps will be requested. The Printify team plus the print provider will inspect the errors/damage and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. This is the Merchant Protection Policy for making sure reprints are issued if customers receive inadequate products.
No returns if customer selected the wrong size, shape, design, or color.
Refund:
In case there are issues with the reprint after receiving all the requirements, full order refund is offered.
Cancellation:
Once a product is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
Order Approval:
All items automatically go into production 24 hours after placement.
Delays:
Orders affected by out of stock items or ink shortages will take longer to produce. It is impossible to immediately produce and ship what is unavailable. For this reason, I have my account set to show only in stock items. However, if a product becomes in demand, it may go out of stock or run short on ink while in production. Delays of this type have yet to occur.
Orders affected by shipment delays (weather, holidays, etc...) will still be automatically sent to production 24 hours after placement. This does not affect production time, only shipment. No shipment delays have been reported.
Orders that cannot be produced/shipped due to restrictions will remain on hold until restrictions are lifted or the order is cancelled. No restrictions have been reported.
Winter Holiday Orders:
Orders submitted during the month of December may not arrive in time for Yule/Christmas.
